The taste of ramson powder is between mild chives and strong garlic. It has a huge popularity in Germany. They use it in soups and salads, with vegetables and pestos. Wild Ramson is widely known for its antibacterial, antibiotic and possibly antiviral properties, and contains calcium, iron, phosphorus, sodium and copper.
